Beverage Returns and Refund Policy

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Coastal Sips. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• To request a return, please email us at service@thecoastalsips.com within 21 days of delivery to obtain approval. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Once we approve the return, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.

• Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

• Please note that we do not accept returns on items that are on sale or clearance.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@thecoastalsips.com with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
